Job Search Automation · last updated 15 October 2026

This application is a personal tool operated by one individual for their own job search. It has a single user, who is also its developer. It is not offered to anyone else and collects no information from anyone else.

What data is accessed

With the user's permission, the application accesses the user's own Google Drive in order to:

No other Google data is read. The application does not access contacts, calendar, photos, or any Drive file outside the folders described above.

How the data is used

The documents are used only to generate the user's own CVs and a daily email summary sent to the user. Job postings processed by the tool come from public job boards and contain no personal data belonging to anyone else beyond what those boards publish.

What is not done with it

Where data is held

Files created by the tool are stored in the user's own Google Drive. Operational records — job titles, employers, links and scores — are stored in a private database controlled by the user. Access credentials are stored in the user's own self-hosted automation server and are not shared.

Third-party services

The tool sends job descriptions and the user's own CV content to Anthropic's API to draft CV text, and retrieves public job postings through job-board scraping services. It does not send Google account credentials to any third party.

Retention and deletion

The user may revoke the application's access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, and may delete any files it has created directly from their Drive. Doing so removes all access immediately.
